About the Mob

JamPad is an exclusive group of young tech-philosopher-kings based in Arizona who have come together to form a unique community.

Dubbed as the "tech mafia" by local media, JamPad is made up of talented tech startup founders building companies that have A to scale on a tier-1, Silicon Valley trajectory, but stay based in AZ. These are founders here to usher in the second renaissance of art, science, & a higher state of consciousness for humanity, all driven by the bits & atoms from their creations.

The story of JamPad began on October 7th, 2021 at 6:30pm, when its founder, Adam Laor, launched the group on meetup & in a text thread with the mobs founding members. As pollinations throughout the Phoenix Valley occurred & some of its initial companies began to "pop off", JamPad quickly gained a reputation for being a group of highly skilled and innovative founders, AKA Arizona's Tech Startup Mafia.

Today, JamPad continues to grow and thrive, with members working on a wide range of tech startups each aiming to go from 0 to 1, followed by becoming an insider in tech through JamPad's network. Furthermore, the mob is always hunting for founders in Arizona with initiatives that aim to push the boundaries of what is possible with technology and human consciousness to put our state on the map as a nationally respected tech startup hub.
